The Board of Governors has investigated the conduct of Southpaw General Manager Scott and has made the following assessment.
The Board of Governors would like to thank South paw GM Scott for his co-operation and transparency through out the detailed investigation.
Salary Cap Breaches
The Board of governors can fin d no breaches in Salary Cap breaches. All players are contracted for the figures submitted to the board of governors.
Draft Tampering
The 2009 FFSL draft lottery was held independent from the FFSL head office, conducted by Justice of the peace Brandon Chesire. Brandon is a well respected member of the Pattison Lakes community and is employed at local government level. Brandon conducted teh lottery at random and confirm he had no contact with any representative from the Southpaws FC.
Trades
The Southpaws are to be commended on there trading strategy. The FFSL could not find any breaches of trade practices and all deals have been above board.
